You should
- Hold appropriate qualifications and registrations for your role (e.g. NRCPD or equivalent for interpreters)
- Have up‑to‑date DBS clearance (or be willing to obtain it)
- Be reliable, professional, and confident working across a variety of settings (e.g. education, health, employment, community)
- Share our values of respect, confidentiality, and empowering Deaf clients
